Meet Twiglet, my 18-month-old fur baby! She's a delightful Norfolk Terrier x Jack Russell mix and has brought so much joy into my life. As a pup parent, I didn't grow up with dogs but had a house filled with cats. It wasn't until I got married that I experienced the love and companionship of dogs. Our first two Springer Spaniels were mischievous but brought immense happiness, especially when my eldest daughter was born. Dogs have a unique way of becoming like family members and leaving a lasting impact on our lives.
Over the years, our household expanded with black Labrador, followed by another 2 yellows, as well as two terriers crosses. As any pup parent knows, a house full of furry friends can be quite the adventure, and I cherished every moment spent with them. Unfortunately, life took a turn, and circumstances changed, leading to a period without dogs in my life. However, in 2022, everything changed when I had the opportunity to welcome the most beautiful dog, Twiglet, into my world.
Twiglet and I have created countless memories together, and watching her grow through the puppy stages has been a delightful journey. Being a responsible pup parent has its challenges, but with patience and love, it's a rewarding experience. Twiglet's loyalty and humour never fail to brighten my days, and now, with a granddaughter in our lives, I am thrilled to see how Twiglet mesmerises her with her playful antics. Recently, we had our first beach day together, and seeing Twiglet fascinated by the waves was truly heartwarming.
